Price List

This price is the cost for a simple absolute divorce. This does not include the court costs and filing fees, which are currently $245. This also does not include any issues associated with the divorce, such as custody, support, or equitable distribution.

This price is the cost to prosecute or defend a contempt action. This includes the drafting of any pleadings, responses, or motions that are necessary, as well as appearance at any court dates related directly to the contempt action. This does not include any filing fees for a Notice of Hearing, which is currently $20.

This price is the cost to prosecute or defend a complaint for a domestic violence protective order.  This includes the drafting of any pleadings, responses, or motions that are necessary, as well as appearance at any court dates related directly to the complaint for a domestic violence protective order. There are no filing fees for domestic violence protective orders.

This price is for negotiating and drafting a separation agreement. This does not include representation through mediation, or drafting any pleadings to be filed with the court.

If the only issue being litigated is Child Custody, your monthly payments will be $400, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation.

 If the only issue being litigated is Guidelines Child Support, your monthly payments will be $400, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. This does not apply to Non-Guidelines Child Support cases. The monthly fee for Non-Guidelines Child Support increases to $550/mo.

 If the only issue being litigated is Child Custody, your monthly payments will be $500, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the only issue being litigated is Equitable Distribution, your monthly payments will be $600, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issues being litigated are Child Custody and Child Support, your monthly payments will be $600, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issues being litigated are Child Custody, Child Support and Spousal Support, your monthly payments will be $850, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issues being litigated are Child Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support, and Equitable Distribution, your monthly payments will be $1150, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issues being litigated are Child Custody, Child Support, and Equitable Distribution, your monthly payments will be $900, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issues being litigated are Child Support, Spousal Support, and Equitable Distribution, your monthly payments will be $950, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issues being litigated are Spousal Support and Equitable Distribution, your monthly payments will be $800, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issues being litigated are Child Custody and Equitable Distribution, your monthly payments will be $700, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation. 

 If the issue being litigated Divorce from Bed and Board, your monthly payments will be $600, throughout the course of representation, with a case and fee evaluation done after 12 months of representation.
